We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada and Australia.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders for BUTTONS ONLY will normally be despatched the NEXT WORKING DAY* after we receive the order. Delivery of buttons may take upto 5-7 working days from the date of order as a result of some Postal Services to some areas.
All OTHER ORDERS will normally be despatched within SEVEN WORKING DAYS* (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted) with the exception of Boleros (10 working days*), Wedding Ties (10 working days*), Patterns with exception of Pattern Drafted Patterns (10 working days*) and Flowers (10 working days*).
* Working days are defined as Mon-Fri.
Turnaround time is dependent on seasonal demand, please contact us BEFORE ordering if your order is in anyway time critical.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For your peace of mind, from the 1st January 2012 orders sent outside the UK will be posted using Royal Mail Airsure, a fully online trackable and insured service with delivery 2-3 working days (Europe) and upto 5 working days outside of Europe. Please choose "International (insured)." Shipping is Free on all orders over £100.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and/or taxes accrued when shipping outside the UK. Customs forms will be completed by Bridal Covered Buttons and will include the retail value and a description of the items purchased.
Bridal Covered Buttons cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered or are delivered outwith of the timeframe specified above, .
AVAILABILITY
All Button and Pattern Shop items are offered subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail if the goods you have ordered are not available.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Postal Orders. We apologise but unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

RETURNS
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Any guarantees, warranties or representations made are limited to Mainland UK.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please examine goods thoroughly on receipt.
Since all of our products (with the exception of our Sewing Products range) are bespoke and made to order to your specifications and we do not carry stock, we will not accept returns, under any circumstances, unless there is errors or damage.
If there is errors or damage we must be notified in writing within THREE working days of receipt so that we may understand and correct your issue.
Following authorisation from our Customer Service team, please return the goods to us within FIVE working days of receipt and before cutting or processing.
Exchange or Re-embursement is subject to the item being in it’s original packaging in “As New” condition and having NOT been worn or used. No claims will be allowed for any reason what so ever after cutting or other processing. Where returns are allowed, a charge of 15-75% may be made depending on the product and the time since purchase. We do not accept returns on any of our sewing patterns.
Re-embursement will only apply to items that are deemed faulty.
Bridal Covered Buttons cannot be held responsible for delays or losses by the Postal Delivery Service.
For your protection, please send all returns via a recorded delivery service. Return postage is at cost to the client.
Unfortunately we cannot refund on original postage and handling costs.
SAMPLES
Due to variations in batches of raw products (fabric, button moulds etc) used in the construction of our items, samples of our products are only vaild for 30 days after purchase.
COPYRIGHT
All of the patterns on our web site, and the patterns and items we develop at your request, are copyrighted designs owned by Bridal Covered Buttons.
Our patterns are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and may not be used for commercial purposes in any way, shape, or form without the express written permission of Bridal Covered Buttons.
If you wish to sell the items made with our patterns, or use them for business purposes, a licensing agreement with Bridal Covered Buttons MUST be signed.
Copyrighted work is protected by UK and International Laws and violators will be prosecuted.
