Bridal Covered Buttons is pleased to announce the launch of a high quality Bridal Pattern Design / Cutting Service
Bridal Sewing Patterns are made to standard pattern sizes and can be created by combining features from photos, magazines or your own drawings and ideas. We can combine a neckline from one dress, a sleeve from another, a skirt from another and so on.
All patterns contain a tissue copy of the pattern pieces, full written sewing instructions which includes pattern specifications, amount of materials needed, notes for specific assembling and sewing technique.
A toile, a copy of the garment constructed in a cotton fabric of a similar weight to the finished garment, is also available for purchase (£80).
THE PROCESS
Requirements will be discussed with the client to ensure that all the information supplied has been interpreted correctly.
A basic pattern block will be manipulated to achieve the desired design.
A Toile or Trial Garment will be constructed in order to check that the design details are correct.
The final tissue pattern will be drafted, required quantity of fabric will be calculated and sewing instructions written.
A unique pattern with Sewing Instructions and optional toile will be supplied to the client.
A Technical Support Service is available to all Pattern Cutting Clients.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR PATTERN
Simply choose your standard pattern size using the measurement chart below (Size in inches). Select if you require a toile.
After ordering securely online, simply e-mail to us at info@bridalcoveredbuttons.co.uk, a drawing, a picture/photo, magazine clippings you would like us to create a pattern for and include any special instructions. Alternatively, Post to:
