DELIVERY SCHEDULE & PRIORITY DESPATCH
NORMAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders for BUTTONS ONLY will normally be despatched the NEXT WORKING DAY after we receive the order or fabric. Delivery of buttons may take upto 5-7 working days from the date of order as a result of some Postal Services to some areas.
All OTHER ORDERS will normally be despatched within SEVEN WORKING DAYS (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted) with the exception of Boleros (delivery 2 weeks), Wedding Ties (delivery 2 Weeks), Patterns (delivery 2 weeks) and Flowers (delivery 2 Weeks).
Turnaround time is dependent on seasonal demand, please contact us BEFORE ordering if your order is in anyway time critical.
PRIORITY DESPATCH (UK / NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY)
Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order.
THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GARMENTS (BOLEROS, TIES/CRAVATS, SASHES), EYELETS OR FABRIC FLOWERS.
UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 3 working days after Date of Order or 3 working days after we receive YOUR fabric.
With Priority Despatch we insure we despatch your items as quickly as possible via your chosen postal method. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal service you choose, which is why we recommend either allowing 2 working days after the date of despatch or choosing Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Priority Despatch orders MUST be placed before 11 am Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 11am Mon-Thu will not be processed until the Next Working Day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!
'Working Day' refers to Mon to Fri.
